The Commissioner of Inland Revenue would like to notify that the deadline for the submission of the income tax return and self-assessment for year of assessment 2007, and the payment date of any outstanding tax for 2006, has been extended till the 31 July 2007.
The Department would also like to inform that this year's income tax return and self-assessment can be filed electronically over the Internet by logging on the Inland Revenue website www.ird.gov.mt and following the instructions provided.
